Eassa Al Ghurg Villas - Jumeirah Beach Road

Com0lex was referred to as the Costain Village. Villas were built specifically to house Costain's Employees working on construction of Port Raahid.

Co0mplex was designed by Chuck Pringle who was Deputy Project Manager, Planning on Costain's Dubai Airport Project.

Sheikh Rashid, reputedly, provided the land on the basis ownership would revert to him after Port Rashid was completed.

Villas remained in place to accommodate workers on Port Rashid extention and Dubai Drydocks construction

Villas ideal location on Jumeirah Beach made these basic houses very desirable.

Houses were a basic utilitarian design and uniform.
